font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">(一)报考对象。河南警察学院公安专业2015年应届毕业生；铁道警察学院公安专业河南生源2015年应届毕业生。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">(二)专业范围。本科公安专业为：治安学、侦查学、国内安全保卫、刑事科学技术、公安视听技术、经济犯罪侦查、警犬技术、公安管理学、涉外警务、安全防范工程、交通管理工程、警务指挥与战术、禁毒学、犯罪学、公安情报学、网络安全与执法。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">专科公安专业为：治安管理、特警、公共安全管理、交通管理、信息网络安全监察、警察管理、警察指挥与战术、刑事科学技术、警犬技术、刑事侦查、国内安全保卫、经济犯罪侦查、禁毒。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">通过资格审查的报考人员，参加体能测评。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">体能测评的项目、标准和程序，按照国家和我省关于录用公务员和人民警察的规定执行。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">通过体能测评的报考人员，按规定缴纳笔试考务费，笔试考务费每人每科30元共计90元，并领取准考证。领取准考证的具体时间、地点另行通知。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 黑体; font-size: 21px;">五、考试</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">考试分为笔试和面试。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">（一）笔试</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">笔试科目为行政职业能力测验、申论和公安执法基本知识三科，每科满分均为100分。行政职业能力测验、申论的考试范围，参考中央机关及其直属机构2015年度考试录用公务员公共科目考试大纲；公安执法基本知识的考试范围，参考公安机关人民警察执法资格基本级考试大纲。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">笔试成绩＝行政职业能力测验×30%+申论×30%+公安执法基本知识×40%。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">根据笔试情况，省人力资源社会保障厅、省公安厅、省公务员局研究划定笔试合格分数线。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">笔试具体时间、地点见准考证。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">（二）面试</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">根据笔试成绩，确定参加面试人员。笔试有一科缺考、作弊或成绩为零分等情况，以及笔试成绩达不到合格分数线的，不得进入面试。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">面试满分为100分，采取结构化面试的方式进行。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">参加面试人员按要求领取面试通知单，领取面试通知单的时间、地点另行通知。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">面试前，应试人员进行分组，各组分别在不同的面试室参加面试。面试结束后，采取二次平均法对应试人员的面试原始成绩进行平衡，平衡后的成绩即为面试成绩。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">根据面试情况，省人力资源社会保障厅、省公安厅、省公务员局研究划定面试合格分数线。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">3、考试总成绩＝笔试成绩×60%＋面试成绩×40%。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">体检合格人员，按照考试总成绩从高分到低分的顺序，依次由本人公开选择职位。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">考试总成绩相同的，公安英烈子女优先选择职位；其他人员按笔试成绩从高分到低分排序。笔试成绩也相同的，按行政职业能力测验成绩从高分到低分排序；行政职业能力测验成绩也相同的，由省人力资源社会保障厅、省公安厅、省公务员局研究确定排序。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">根据考试、职位选择和考察情况，择优确定拟录用人员。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">拟录用人员名单分别在河南省人力资源和社会保障厅网站、河南省公安厅网站、河南省公务员局网站和河南警察学院、铁道警察学院公示，公示期为7天。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 黑体; font-size: 21px;">十、录用</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">公示结束后，按照管理权限办理录用审核、审批手续。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">新录用人员的最低服务年限为5年（含试用期），在此期间不得转任交流到公安基层一线执法单位以外的单位。办理录用审批手续前，拟录用人员须签订服务协议书。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Simsun; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 21px;">新录用人员的试用期为1年，试用期间应接受初任培训。试用期满后由用人单位进行考核，考核合格的予以任职，不合格的按规定取消录用。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
